The OTC 3168 is a Battery & Electrical System Diagnostic Tester Deluxe Kit with Infrared Printer. Its digital circuitry precisely controls battery test loads to accurately determine battery conditions. The OTC 3168 tests both flooded lead acid and absorbed glass mat batteries accurately down to 1V state of charge. It also tests vehicle starting and charging systems with minimal user interaction. It has optional Amps clamps for current drain tests and starting/charging measurements.
